Stables allows you training cavalry.
Upgrading stables will make the train process faster.
The following units can be trained here - scout, horseman and knight.
This is a multicell building, so it may require similar surrounding houses for upgrade.

Notes

When you upgrade from level 3 to 4 or 8 to 9 it is required to surround it with level 1 buildings. If you click upgrade when your barracks are at level 3, it should do this automatically. Once the level one buildings are constructed, hit upgrade again and it will become a level 4 building.
